This is a quick rematch between these two clubs after their FA Cup game on Monday. Aston Villa are down to 14th in the table and host Manchester United who are in seventh place in the Premier League. That doesn't always guarantee a good performance though. They are four points off fourth place, but that will grow to six if West Ham get a win over Norwich on January 12 but United would have two games in hand. They had gone six Premier League games without defeat before losing 1-0 at home to Wolves. Away league form has seen United win just one of the last four and that was at bottom-of-the-table Norwich City. The other three game produced two draws and a loss at Watford. Five of the last seven on the road have seen both teams score. Go for that stat to come up in this match.
