Both of these clubs come into this match unbeaten and yet to concede a goal but some of that might change this weekend. Liverpool are currently third and behind Chelsea who are second on alphabetical order. Liverpool had their problems last season but a good late run saw them finish third and make it into the Champions League. Their home form cost them dearly last season but that has been turned around with four wins out of five. They started this season with a 3-0 win at Norwich City and then defeated Burnley 2-0 last weekend. The returning Diogo Jota has already scored twice this season and van Dijk's return has got their defence playing much better.
Chelsea have an identical record to Liverpool with two wins, five goals and none conceded. They dominated Crystal Palace in their opening 3-0 home win and then went to Arsenal and won 2-0. Add on beating Villarreal to win the Super Cup and it's been a rather successful start to the season. It's gone well in the transfer market too and new signing Romelu Lukaku didn't take long to score last weekend. Now they face tougher opposition and this is a real test for both of these clubs. A bet on both teams getting on the scoresheet is the one to go for considering the amount of attacking talent on show here.
