The 1-0 loss to Costa Rica before they beat Jamaica happens to be their only defeat in these qualifiers and overall they have just one loss in their last 13 matches. Canada didn’t have the best of starts to these qualifiers, drawing four times in the opening five matches. However, six straight wins after that placed them well at the top and on course to a return to the topmost competition in the world. In their last meeting, Canada won 4-1 and head into this game unbeaten in three meetings with Panama.

Canada have dominated this qualification process and they have their reward. Panama on the other hand, are not on a very good run ahead of this game and they haven’t done really well in matches against Canada. Back Canada to win.
