Seventh placed Tottenham can move up to fifth if beating West Ham at home. They trail their sixth placed opponents on goal difference but have a game in hand on the Hammers. Tottenham boosted their Champions League qualification hopes with an away win at struggling Brighton and Hove Albion on Wednesday. They are three points behind fourth placed Arsenal but have played a game more than the Gunners. Tottenham have won three of their last four Premier League matches and three of their next four fixtures are on home soil. They do need to improve their home form though with two of the last three league games lost. Tottenham did beat Everton 5-0 in their last home league game, more of that will be needed in the final weeks of the season.
West Ham are three points behind fourth place but have played two games more than Arsenal. While Tottenham have been having some problems at home, West Ham need to improve their away form. The Hammers have only one point (a 2-2 draw at Leicester) from their last three away league fixtures. They've lost at Manchester United and Liverpool and do still tend to lose their away games against the best sides in the table. They had a tough game on Thursday evening, having to go to extra time to get past Sevilla in the Europa League.That won't help them here and the tip here is for a Tottenham home victory.
